Views of my life

You're doomed, pal, like every wave,
So, enjoy the swell times.
Then with your top turning white
ever more of the life juice slipping away...
the crash inevitable,
well, just fizzle out gracefully,
or go out with a roar,
remembering, it makes little difference,
since it never was about you anyhow, always about the Ocean.

Thank Jay,
I just find riding the bike for 30 minutes or more daily does so well with helping blood sugars fall into a different and better range. I hope you condition isn't that bad. Stay motivated as I know I have to. Some of my friendships have suffered because of this latest title as of last summer. I know however that I will find the right people who can nurture me as I nurture others. have a good Monday. Frank

I know Izmir! I lived in Turkey last summer for study abroad, it's a great country. I stayed mostly in Istanbul, but traveled a bit. I'd love to go back, there is so much to see.

Awesome pictures, Jay! What kind of dog is that? What kind of sailboat do you have? We used to have an Islander 36 when we lived in San Francisco. Your picture reminded me of some cruises we did in SF Bay! ooh nooo! is right!
