Thanks for the heads up on your soluble fiber post seems chia seeds are just as good as pyllium flax is also a good source of muilage fiber which is what I am looking for not as good as psyllium but a good plant source coconut oil; sun flower seeds sounds like good advice I'll be supplementing my diet to your recommendations
