INSANITY Blogs!! 9 days DOWN!! WOOHOO!
August 5, 2009 8:25 AM Ugh! Today is not my day. I'm not sure if I'm dehydrated or needing a few more calories. I just woke up very tired. I didn't sleep great and I paid the price for that in my workout. I even had a pre-workout banana and drank lots of water and still felt weak.
