What part of California does your father live?
It is getting chilly here in the mornings and evenings....we freeze when it hits the 40's!

I switched to the Omnipod in May right before I got pregnant. I was with Minimed for 8 years before Cozmo and thought the Cozmo was an improvement over their pumps, but I don't have anything bad to say about them, per se. We have a lot of satisfied Minimed users here on TuDiabetes, including my beloved friend Kristin who just switched from Cozmo to Minimed this year. I've been pleased with the Omnipod for the last six months. My A1c has stayed low and my pregnancy has been easy on it.

Omnipod offered me a great deal to switch to them - keep my Cozmo (rather than trade it in for credit) and switch to them for $50. I think the price has gone up since then to $200, but I liked that I didn't have to do a trade-in. I still have three years of warranty left on my Cozmo and wanted to keep it as a reliable back-up.

Welcome to TuDiabetes, Jerilyn! I love the Cozmo pump. I just recently switched from it, but I loved it.
