I ideally morning readings should be between 80-100 a little higher isnt the end of the world, the best way to get those down is maybe some early morning cardio, as nothing beats getting your metabolsim boosted, but maybe a little more long acting insulin the previous night, you are on some pretty hefty doasges so take it slow maybe a unit or two at a time --- good luck with your endo, I just went to a new one this week the first time in 4 years I get to see someone not employed by the BOP to treat me , and she made me feel like I was back inside... yikes ,
