"I'm a newbie at pumping... But on a day I change my inset on top of everything else I normally do mine goes down about 10%. I plug it into my laptop for about 10 minutes or less and it's back to 100%."

Jay, it happened again. That's 6 resiviours it failed on. Tandom replaced the pump and so far so good over the last week even with the carriages from the lot that was failing. Another weird thing is my sugars have been dead on good since I started the new pump. Makes me wonder if the one that was giving me loading issues had more than just that wrong. Well good luck and hope you contacted them.
