"You need to look into why the pump stops working at night. The company that makes them might be able to help you. My daughter's pump has never stopped working. That could be very dangerous."

"We're currently on Humalog and Humulin and will soon be switching to Lantus in a couple of weeks. Is there a bottle form that you draw up into a needle? I'd rather use a pen as I think it would be easier to drAw up exact doses."

Hi Jill, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say I hope everything is going smooth during your first week on the pump. My four year old daughter Isabelle has been on the pump since June 6/11 (dx Feb 17/11). Although things will be an uphill battle, I can tell you almost 5 months later that it is amazing. It has given her and us freedom that I thought was gone forever. I did not feel like I had much resources, help or anyone to ask my questions to, so please feel free to contact me for any advice I may be able to offer. cb_sheppard@hotmail.com. Good Luck. Robin
