What do you do for a living?
I've been a full time nanny for awesome twin girls for over 2 years now. I also teach ballet, it is what keeps me sane. Next up is grad school. I want to get my Masters in Occupational Therapy and work with infants and toddlers.

Hey Joanie!!
Have not been around in awhile....anyhow, just got the pump last month!!!! And soo far it's Ok, I still get alot of highs, but not too many lows any more. Doc's still figuring out the right basal rates through the day. Frustrating but getting better. Hope your doin well.

I had to laugh looking at the tape next to the fruit bowl. I leave my meter on the counter all the time and my supplies out like it's nothing. I have to think about when people come over and see this stuff! :0)

Hi Joanie,do you have an excess of one touch test strips?My insurance company does not provide me with the amount that I need.Let me know if you do.I need like an extra 3 boxes(300) test strips.It is really dumb that insurance company penalize diabetics who test often.
