Happppy !!!!! Good numbers = D
LDL =101 HDL= 48 = / Trigly = 94
But my weight just won't budge much, my heel pain is getting a little better so I'm hoping to walk more. But overall It's pretty good = )

Went out to dinner with family to a restaurant of what ended up being their choice since they did not like my choices. Such is my family dynamics. I hope that all is well with you.
