you should carry some sugar free gum...when you get an urge to dip in the candy jar for something sweet, pull out a piece of gum. it will last you way longer than that stupid piece of taffy that haunts you.

I want candy, bubble gum, and taffy

So I just wanted to kinda pat myself on the back, i've been at work about 5 hours so far and have yet to snag a piece of candy from the community candy bowl, or partake in any of the free fresh baked cookies! I'm proud of myself! yay.. 3 more hours till i'm out of here.. i can do it!

Today is the beginning of the rest of my life ( Healthier life anyways )

So I have made the decision to truly put myself forward and take control of my diabetes. I have always viewed myself as a strong willed person but one of my major weaknesses has been keeping up with my diabetes.
