Riding the BS roller coaster

.The night before I forgot to take my Levemir in the evening (15 units) needless to say when I got up at 3:40 am to go to work and my BS reading was 148 I was puzzled, then I began to think about it and tried to remember did I take it before I went to bed? I'm pretty sure I missed it so I took 8 units and went off to work.
