Jesse is recovering from a broken leg from a car pedestrian accident from 6 weeks ago. Yesterday we were sitting at a red light and an SUV hit our Toyota from behind at 40 mph throwing us into oncoming traffic from my direction and we were continually hit by cars coming down the other street. My car is totalled. Jesse and I were cut out of the car as our seat broke and ended up in the back seat with mine twisted I heard. As I reported 6 weeks ago, my son was walking across a street on his college campus and was struck by a car that did not see him. He was transferred to where I live and has a broken left tibia on the inside and outside of his leg. By the grace of God the car didn't run completely over him. However, the top two inches of his tibia was crushed and he has been set in a brace that locks into place so the leg is immobile and bent where he can't walk on it.
