where to test blood sugars has never been an issue for us because we choose to test anywhere, listen to Nikki and Maddy talk about where it's ok to test! Please feel free to share our diabetes tidbits with your community

Through the years I have worked at teaching our children how to count carbs and this is just something that they found fun to do check out this week's diabetes tidbit and please feel free to share with your community

While traveling internationally we were concerned with staying connected to Nikki who was with us but staying with a group of girls and our sons who also have diabetes and were in the states. We tried several different international phones and packages and the one thing that worked for us that kept us connected so we could monitor Nikki's diabetes and stay connected with our sons was totally FREE, check out this really cool App and this week's diabetes tidbit

We are getting ready to travel international and I am learning lots about traveling with diabetes. I love traveling with drink boxes but there are limitations on what you can bring with you and I was told they can explode in the airplane cabin. So i was given another suggestion along with suggestions on getting my daughter through security smoothly. Check out this weeks diabetes tidbit…

As our children with diabetes get older it becomes time to teach them how to recognize lows and how to be responsible at night time for testing themselves. Today's Diabetes Tidbit
