I just finished a 8 mile run and I'm having horrible trouble with my hands going numb AFTER my run. It was only 20 outside today, but I was dressed perfect. I didn't get cold until I was back inside. I do have Raynaud's...which I hear is common for diabetics. How can I get over this freezing feeling? It's almost like my body is in shock.
My insurance was just picked up by another company and my Contour meter of course is not their "preferred" meter. They suggested one touch, now I've used one touch years ago but I can't remember how accurate it seemed. Price only matters a little to me BUT my contour is almost twice as expensive...I honestly want the BEST one.
Now my second question is I want another CGM I ran multiple races wearing my Dexcom Seven but I'm not a huge fan of it. The key here is that I do not wear an…
