Hi Karl, I wanted to give you some tips. My sister has been overweight for oh gosh at least 20 year. She recently came upon her high school sweetheart, and decided she had to loose the weight before she met up with him. Its a long story, they havent gotten together yet, and dont know if they actually will. She and him are 59 now and feel like they have lost alot of time. Shes married and hes divorced, but she has a husband that would give her the world and she doesnt think she can leave that easily. They have been married 40 years. Anyway to make a long story short, she started dieting and she kinda made up her own diet. She stays at home and watches all the shows that she can and usually can tell you anything you want to know about anything. She started eating one egg in the morning with a piece of Wasa toast ( you can find this with the crackers. ). Its very high fiber. The egg she scrambles. No butter no oil. But there is a delicious butter like spray that you can buy called I cant believe its butter. It is a spray and I just happen to find it the other day. No calories, no fat, no carbs, no sugar. Nothing! And it tastes as close to butter as you will find I love it. She drinks about 8 glasses of water aday. At lunch, she has a piece of baked chickenor broiled with some salad, fat free dressing and eats dinner before 5:00. Has meat and 2 vegtables. This is the main thing and the reason she has lost 80 pounds. She takes alot of fiber. Now you have to build up to this or it affects your stomach. She takes 25 pills aday. You have to drink alot and start out small, but that is how she did it and exercise on a Tony Gazelle glider. She went to her family Dr. who is one of the best in Dallas. He told her he would like to publish her diet. He said it was the safest way he had ever heard of loosing weight. He asked how she discovered it and she told him she just watches alot of tv. Becky
