- Hi Kathy, Things are going pretty well. I have just joined Fitness Works to kick myself in the ..... to start exercising more. I have the food part down well, but the "E" word has been a struggle for me. And I know it goes hand in hand. I need to be on here more for motivation!

- The bug's going around...so Thanksgiving dinner has been postponed 'till further notice! I'm already sick of Fall..and Winter, and it's only just begun!!Sigh...take care, and thanks for the good wishes nonetheless!
