Nice tattoo! The colors are great and the ribbon is a nice feminine touch. My first tattoo was a diabetic identifier as well.

Wow! Now I'm really glad you saw the doc! Take care of yourself and get rid of those nasty infections! It sounds like you do need to get some rest, and hopefully now you will rest well. We'll look for news that you're back to feeling 100% again soon!

hi, Katrina, welcome to TuDiabetes! We have a Group here called Inked Diabetics that you may be interested in joining. I think they are pretty active.

We are so glad you joined the community. I joined about two years ago, and I've told many people that nothing has helped me more in 42 years of d than TuDiabetes. you will find many amazing, thoughtful, smart and supportive people here.

Katrina!!! I just came to check out your page - and your from Canada!!! Whoo! Whoo! It looks like you're getting around the website pretty good - but just incase - check out the New Members Guide incase you need any help.
The other thing is we have a group for Canadians at this link - come on in - if you already haven't - and introduce yourself (don't be shy!!!).
You're going to wish you found us earlier - just like I said to myself back in April. I felt so alone before. Never really bothered me tho' not knowing other diabetics, but since joining up to this website and a few others on the Internet, life has changed for so much!!!
So, I will shut up now, so I don't bore you to death! Oh, where about's in Nova Scotia do you live if you don't mind me asking?
