Like you, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2006 (5/16/2006). I have been fairly successful in making a number of life style changes, lost 45 pounds, a couple of waist sizes, etc. I now ride a bicycle for exercise. I live in Statesboro and work in Rincon.
