Good evening. How are things with you today. How about recipes for we old folks who cannot eat onions garlic tofu good se4nsible recipes like Mother made BUT for diabetes.
I have been busy. Tomorrow is TOPS (TAKE OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY) I am the 5th year as Leader. I belonged in MA too. Have lost 56 pounds and have kept it off 20 years. It is hard work.
