My name is Kenneth Edward Krosky The Third, amazing huh? haha, I live in San Diego California, Im 18 years old and I like to go to shows (concerts) play guitar, watch movies and just normal teen stuff. I was dx with diabetes november 14th 2007, I know, natioanl diabetes day. haha how wierd. I started my omnipod on sept 24th 2008 and ever since then, diabetes has been alot easier, Im glad I have it now. I like to chat about all the diabetic gadgets that are out there. because normal people arent as interested about them as we are haha. So yeah, feel free to talk w.e and stuff

How Kenny - noticed your picture of the book from ADA on pumping. Has that helped you alot with understanding everything works? Just curious, because I am self taught on using my insulin pump, I used the Pumping Insulin by John Walsh, but am always looking for other books to help me get the most out of pumping. I'm heading to the US next month - so always order up things that I can't get delivered here to Canada - and pick them up at my mates house when I visit (they have a closet with my name on it in their house - with all my goodies - e.g. Spibelt pump holder, etc. etc.).
Psst, hope you drove back to your friends place under the speed limit to get your PDM for your Omnipod. I'd be FREAKIN' out if I did that, glad it still runs with the basal at least.
