Sandra burke said… - Kevin, I live in O'Fallon MO. West of downtown STL. I also would love to speak with others about their actions and why they do what they are doing. I am having a major problem controling my BG. I think I am doing the diet right, but you couldn't tell by my readings. As I stated on a blog, my doc called yesterdy and wants to put me insulin shots since my BG levels stayed at about 395 at most times last week. Any suggestions as to diet woudl be great.
