It's going to depend on what style of beer you brew, what the original gravity was and what the finishing gravity is. I haven't brewed since my diagnosis but I was a 10 year brewer before and I'm gearing up to brew again shortly.

lifes journey

Well we are only a couple days from my first 20k race. I cant beleive things have come this far in my fitness and my sugar disease. After my dianosis I was concerned that things like distance running were out of reach and now with my pump I feel liberated. Life could not be better. So with that I wish everyone a good rest of the week and I pray for good health to all. Kevin

Hot Tubs

hello

Can anyone give me a little insight on Hot Tub / Water use now that I am on the pump (mini)? My wife and I own a hot tub and I use it to help my muslces after running to relax them and such.

I am concerned about the adhesive around the "sight" coming off while in the Hot Tub/ Water / Shower? anyone got a little advise for me?

Thank you
Kevin

Yes I just started my pump on April 13th and it's so amazing. I had a rough 1st week but they tell you it will be b/c of your body adjusting to the non-stop supply of insulin throughout the day that our bodies haven't had in yrs. But you will like it- and it will be confusing at 1st but you'll get the hang of things pretty quick. Take care and if you have a question I'll answer it to the best of my knowledge. Heather-Ann
