That was WONDERFUL. Oh I smiled the whole time.. so cute. I am 24 was diagnosed 10 days before my 7th birthday, my younger brother was diagnosed when he was 9 and we are the only ones in our whole family as well. Good luck. things will be wonderful.

Hi. My name is Kimberly. Both of my children have T1. We do not have any previous family history of T1 before my kids were diagnosed. Trevor was dx at 4 yo and is now 10 yo. Taylor was dx at 6 yo and will be 8 in May.

Thanks Kimberly ! My sister actually got the pump this week for my 7 year old niece then had a mini breakdown and had to take it off and head back to Josilins . They put the pump back on and are not going to use the insulin until next Friday . Currently she is just using it with saline . I spoke with her this morning and told her to join this as she feels so alone ! I want to help her but with my work schedule it has been difficult . Have you found this to help you ? Did it take long to get the hang of the pump ? Thanks so much ! Amy
