"I am gluten free and grain free, and I really really wanted to be able to use Coconut flour. Every time though, even though I treat the carbs, I get a blood sugar spike, same as regular flour. :-("

"This book looks very interesting. It just came out. I think I'll suggest my library get it. This book seems similar to books from Lee Dubois. Written directly, without a lot of technical stuff and in a light, entertaining and humorous manner."
