I think the Omnipod folks are working on one that has a truly integrated CGMS in the pod, but it is still in development. I use a Minimed Paradigm which will work with their CGMS, but it is a separate sensor/transmitter that communicates wirelessly to the pump. I don't have one, but am investigating getting one. My insurance company doesn't cover those, so it'll be an appeal process to get one.
