Do you have access to a pool? The movement might make you expell some water and it wont put pressure on your legs. I have really relied on exercise all of these years to help with lowering my BG and keep from getting depressed. This might sound weird but start drinking more water, it will help flush out some water.:)

Hi Krystle, im confused, is this from diabetes? I have been type 1 for 31 yrs and have not experienced this. I would put your legs up and ice them, tell your Endo. You might need a diuretic

I need yalls opinions my ankles feet and calfs have been swelling up so bad. They get so tight to the point i cant even walk. What should i do ?
