Kyla,

I wear a Medtronic 723 wiyh Quickset infusion sets and Novolog insulin. I am a type 2 and was diagnosed about 7 years ago. I progressed from diet to pills to insulin injections. I wish I had started with the pump years ago. It is much more convenient than numerous injections daily.

I am currently at the stage where my endo and I are working the proper settings for both the basal and bolus.

Welcome to the family!! On this forum you will learn so much. Most of what you will learn is that you are not alone. Everyone here is supportive and will provide answers to your questions. Search the site for answers. Read the discussions and blogs for information. There are videos to help you understand diabetes and its treatment. Most of all there is family to talk to and vent to, if needed.
