"Do the inset 30's hurt while using them. I have a lot of scar tissue in my tummy so I think I will have to do them in my legs. Do they work just aS good like the insulin anyways."

Inset Opinions?

Anyone using the Inset 30's? I know several years ago people said the tape got all funny if you werent careful with it. I have been using Comforts/Silhouettees freehand for 15 years, but really could use a more one handed set. I'm very thin, and that is why they said to use angled sets. Othere sets always went bad on me. I'm also wondering if they will send samples out? They actually pulled our state rep so we dont have one. Just confused what to do. Not really anything new in the infusion set…See More

Novolog Program Savings Card

Posted on April 9, 2012 at 8:38pm 0 Comments

I don't know if this has been mentioned, have not checked in for awhile. But I was able to get my two vials of Novolog for free this weekend via the Cornerstone4Care program. The program is for Novolog and Levemir and will assist with your co-pay up to $50. Since I elected a plan with a lousy $40 copay this year, I was thrilled that I didnt have to pay anything on Saturday when I got my insulin. And this program is good for an entire year.

Maybe someone else can benefit from this, sorry…

Thank you Laura! That's crazy that your university program didn't support diabetic dancers! Diabetics make the most disciplined and dedicated dancers! Have a great Christmas as well.
