Omnipod newbie - Love it

Congrats on liking your pod. My new one has been sitting at my house for 2 weeks. I finally get trained on it this Monday. I've been on 2 different pumps in the past and got so tired of the tubing....

How many syringes do you use in a week?

I am on Novolin 70/30 right now with 2 injections a day, so I use 14 a week. I don't reuse unless I don't have any new ones with me. I start my new Omnipod on Monday! The 70/30 just isn't working a...

It's called Dawn Phenomenon. My doctor told me to set an alarm around 1am or 2am and to wake up and test and if I'm going low to eat something.

Consider a pump. I had terrible lows on MDI. Now my lows are mere nuisances. I did MDI for 18 years, 13 years on a pump. It's like night and day.
