Leigh's Story

I am finally coming out of my shell here on tudiabetes. The real reason I joined a long time ago, but held back from telling my story. I'm shy. Here goes:

I've been throwing up a lot and it's put me in the hospital quite a bit over the last 2 years. No doctor wanted to diagnose anything. They did minimal tests and ignored figuring it out, and only wanted to get me to stop throwing up and get me out of there. So for years I've had these unexplained bouts of vomiting that seem to be… Continue

I just read your blog, mine you are a strong woman. Soooo very glad that you posted it. I too, had a very "rocky" childhood and young years. Also, your pictures are the tattoo.
I am glad to hear that you are doing well now, and hope that you continue to have good health and happiness.

I think all the newbies have the name newbie...I'm not sure how the name thing works just yet. No one seems to talk about it much. I'll let you know when I've been inducted into the name scene! lol

Awesome! I'm totally sold. I played a lot of softball for roughly 14 years, and I understand the nerves and not eating. I'll let you now how it goes! lol

Was checking out the Inked forum and saw your post. I see that you're a roller girl...I work with a lady who does some stuff with the roller girls here in St. Louis, and she's been wanting me to try it out. Do you find it hard to keep yourself under control when you're doing it? Just curious. Thanks! =)
