Hello! How's it all going Leonie....thank you for sharing those heartwarming photos....you have beautiful children, and Abigail is just adorable! Do you have any questions/suggestions? Take a look at some of the groups on tu.diabetes when you get the chance, OK ?

I am part of the Welcome Committee and was just checking in on you to make sure you are aware of all that TuDiabetes has to offer. We would love to hear from you so here is a helpful link where you can read about all the things you can do in the community.

Hi Leonie,

I'm so sorry I'm just responding to your lovely message. I would love to communicate with you and share stories. I became involved early on with a support group called "Toddlers with Type 1", and they were Godsend. Groups for toddlers are tough to find. Even our group has changed over time, because as the toddlers grow up, the group has morphed into, "Toddlers and Troopers" with a mixture of younger and older kids.

Let's stay in touch. I'm super swamped right now because I'm starting a new position on Monday, and I'm right in the crunch time before our annual golf tournament.

Take care,
Stacy

Thanks for your kind words, Leonie!

I was jut checking out where Clarksburg is but couldn't find it on this map. Can you point to where it's at? I just think it's too cool that you are from there: I don't know anyone else living in the middle of the Pacific! :D
