Hi Liz, I saw where you were talking about arthritis in your knees. I wanted to tell you there is an exercise machine by Tony Gazelle. He is on TV. I think the machine is called the Gazelle, if I am not wrong. Anyway, my sister has lost 80 lbs on it and it is not hard on the knees. Your feet glide back and forth. Kinda fun. I think. They are very reasonable. I found mine at a garage sale. That is a problem with my sister and myself we are 55 and 60 and are knees bother us. I just found out I am type II and needed exercise, so I am doing that. I have probably only lost under 10 pounds, but it is a start. Hope that helps. Becky

Hi Liz, How are you doing? I hope all is well. You and your family are always remembered in my prayers. I've been busy preparing to go back to school for eight months of training to be certified as a medical assistant. I've been struggling with medical problems and some depression or I would have gone back to school last year. I really look forward to being back out in the world on a daily basis. At 48 it sure isn't easy starting over again but very possible. Take care and God Bless, Karl

Hi LIz, wasn't sure if I'd be intruding on your site, coming in withLyme disease and all.I do however have friends who are diabetic.one who was recently in ICU for two weeks.I think there are many similarities to the suffering we go through.I'm going to investigate a treatment involving an injection into my lyme eaten knee which helps to re-grow the knee somehow. Unfortunately there's sugar in the injection. This might not even work though but not having medical I always opt for less expensive. My lawyer in her late 50's had a double knee replacement, and is doing just wonderfully today.Good luck, really nice photos...so real,no hypocrisy.Mark

I am doing great. Thanks for asking. I still am getting used to this site. I am finding helpful and enjoyable. I am glad I found it. It was a nice day here in Southern Illinois. About 85 our pool water was a bit chilly to me but my kids thought it was great. My husband smoked a wonderful chicken for supper. How was your day?
