Hey, Jackie, that's a bummer about your A1C. I would've figured it had gone down, too, knowing how consistent you are with your testing and how hard you've been working at controlling everything. You probably ought to throw some random checks in t...

Thanks for updating me, I used to love camping but now my body doesn't like it so much. We had a potluck at Christensen's last night for our family home evening group and had a great time. Always fun to get together with friends. I hope you and Aurora enjoy the rest of your summer.

Hey Lora, haven't seen you in awhile. I hope you are doing good. My last A1C was 6.6 which is down from last time, I'm still working on being in the low 6's and maybe even high 5's. The best thing that happened in the last three months though was my cholesterol. My overal was 215 and now 146 which is very low. My doc is going to be so happy on next appt. How's Aurora? Jackie

Thanks for the blog comment Lora. You're right, it will be better to know than not know. I guess I've just gotten used to not knowing, and the unknown is scary! I'm sure it will be fine though, I have a good doc and am taking charge of my D.
