"I am on an OmniPod pump, and even though I turned my basal off before, during, and for a bit after the workout, I still went low and continued to stay there! The protein/carb snack afterwards sounds like a good idea. I'm going to try it again…"

Insanity

I tried the Insanity workout last night.....and I can't move today I am so sore! I am seriously considering investing in this system. The only problem I had with it (other than how hard it is) is that in the 12 hours since I did the workout, my BGs have not been above 70, even though I keep treating the lows! I suppose this is a good sign because the workout must have kicked my metabolism into high gear, but I'm tired of the orange juice treatments. Has anyone here tried this program…See More

"I try to stretch it out for 8 hours whenever practical. Over the course of time it helps make up for pods I've accidently knocked off."
