Im recently out of the Hospital,
I ve have recently undergone surgery on my Jaw and been placed on IV antibiotics( which Ive been on for almost a month now,, as a result of a serious bacterial infection which they determined to be a Straph infection.. well as a result I was taking extra insulin due to the infection in my body.. I have been a t1 for going on 26 years, and the doctor has recently switched my insulin to humalog in conjunction with Nph, which does give me tighter control, but some days it has me on 6 or seven shots, when I used R and Nph it was a basic two shot a day....
