Dear Mahir,

You may have heard that Dubai World Diabetes Congress will be held in Dubai from 4-8th December 2011.

It will be a great opportunity for all Diabetics, Medical Students or Practitioners to participate as Volunteer during this international event; mingle with industry professionals, getting latest research & treatment updates. Last but not least the most important of all: CREATE AWARENESS IN THE REGION!

IDF ( International Diabetes Federation) is now recruiting about 150 Volunteers to assist us during 2 days ( 16 hrs ) ; while during the other days you would be granted free access to the exhibition, seminars etc...

I have just received the preliminary schedule for World Diabetes Congress in December.

We will require the following information from you:

1.) Have a look at the schedule and select 2 days where you prefer to work
2.) See the attached job descriptions. you can choose maximum 2 tasks for the 2 days.
3.) IDF will provide you with a T Shirt - please specify your size ( S,M,L, XL)
4.) I will send your selection to IDF.
5.) They will provide you with a Volunteer agreement - this is just to ensure full commitment, cause we are counting on your presence :)

6.) Please help us find more Volunteers, you can direct them to the world diabetes congress home page... on:
http://www.worlddiabetescongress.org/become-part-volunteer-team

We will need about 150 Volunteers, so your support is highly appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Iphigenia
