Have a big long fork - I'll eat half !!

+ thats how it was today !
Breakfast = 1 cup porridge
Went for a walk in the park - all well at 10.30 - sugars 72 / 4.3 mol - so had just 1/2 apple
For some reason - everything went High after that
Had to wait till 16 hours to eat Dinner as it ...
Oh Danny - makes me slightly ...scared ....with mention of all these time span things - just now, have just cried - at the mention of complications...had a day of highs - or shall we say more than just a day ! + now feel very uneasy - probably I'm...

Slightly Vexed!- or maybe a bit more than slightly#!! - Blood Sugar high at 23.30- hate highs! - whats a girl ment to do ???? - eat less than 1 pear + yogurt for evening meal !!! - anyway ......... just for the sake of it -ate - 2 x chili 's + som...
Oh Yes Craigus - I'm back now - had a nice time - my mum is angelic + always sooo upbeat ! - she cuts Jokes out from the newspaper + laughs so much! - she is such a busy person !! - I admire her soo much - glad to hear your knee is improving also ...
Oh Suzanne - know what you're going through - had the same thing with Cappuchinos + Latte's !! - its sooo annoying that even a Coffee can put those sugars out !- prefer the taste of them - but is it somthing -even in the milk - that caues the incr...
Robyn - what are Steak Fries ?- sound nice!
Just back after a week by the sea visiting my mom + .... ate my weight in Walnuts !! ..etc.
Woke Up to a nasty 252 / 14.2 mol reading - ARRRGH !!!!!! - Cruel !!! --

How are you? I know...high bloodsugars are awful! Hope things get better for you. Are weather has cooled a bit, thank goodness!

- Maria, thank you for the support on my blog... "Growing old with type 1 Diabetes". The blog was meant to be inspiring... you know to show my doctor even though he said I could be dead by 30, I am "proving" him wrong each day I have lived past 30. Many of the other longtermers that replied to the blog felt the same way.... I truly hope you are having a better day today with your blood sugars... :)

Just dropping in to say hello. Sorry you are having a hard time with those damn Bloodsugars. Isnt it awful...sometimes. I am doing okay.
I spoke with Josephine yesterday, she called me...OH MY...what a lovely accent and a voice like an angel!! I was so happy to speak with her. LOVED to hear the Irish accent!
How is everything else? You have been a bit warm over there, right? us too....in the high 30C-40C...90-100 degress.
Well take care and hope to chat again. steak fries are just a wider cut of a french fry....you just bake them.
