Good morning, I was not giving advise as to insulin dosage to anyone. Only what dosage I have managed to reduce MY intake to.
And any and all foods I mentioned as being healthy, can be researched by anyone with a computer and the time to do so.

Good Morning, Marie, I do not have to rush this morning as Tom has the Reading at 11./ Dr. Foody, Russ's gastro man, called Tom and asked if he could fill in for him today,. Tom said Yes. About11 last night we had a heavy storm for about an hour. Tom took us outto dinner. We wentto Zaharias...an old standby and we always ask for Cheryl the waitress. My Bg110.Russ took off the bandage this morning. It does not look bad at all. She is concerned there might be a cancer on the other side. Russ said I cannot go through this again. Guess Zen has not returned. Poor Lots. Got the laundry all done. One POWERBALL winner and it was in Florida near Sanford. If a lump sum 345 nillion dollars. How is Ed doing? Give him my best. Have a good day. HUGS,Reed

Hi Marie,

Yeah things are kind of crazy. Seems like every week I have someone else doing an inspection or assessment or something of that nature. then with all of that going on there was Sharon's shoulder. Which is better but now they have diagnosed her with bulging discs, scoliosis and stenosis in her back. Oh no treatment even suggested...not one.

Alex is about to finish school and it looks like he will make it too the 5th grade. Not sure I agree with that. Sharon has a meeting on Tuesday that I can't attend because of dialysis.

But we continue plugging along. Hope y'all are doing well.

Good Morning, Marie. Did you get your car serviced? Bet it is running smoothly. I was going out togight for my birthday dinner BU the surgeon cut into Russ's nose..He is all bandaged and looks like a mummy. He was surprised she had more surgery to do. He goes back Thursday. His doctor ordered patches for his feet to ward off the pain. He called the heart doctor to get ok. The heart doctor said ok. There is always something at SEAGATE. My knees are killing me BUT I push on. I do not have time to complain. BG 102. I hope you had a good night. Are most T1 's on the pump? It seems like it when I do the Welcomes. Tom is out running. That means a big breakfast. Drug stire before 1 (they close) and grocery shopping. Give my best to Ed. Try to have a good day. HUGS, Reed

Good Morning, Marie. I am waiting for the AS/Heat man. I hope he does not tell me I need a new system. This one is the original. He told me I might get 3 more years. This is the 3rd year. Doctor wants Russ to use a patch on his feet to help pain. He cannot until his heart doctor says ok. Today he sees the surgeon who did his nose. Everyone says it looks just right so I hope she leaves it alone. Tom has to give a presentation on his Grant at 1:45 to a big conference. Ng 106. I hope you had a good night and good Readings. Give my best to Ed. Cat sure is having and up and down time. Doing anything today? Take care. Reed

Good Morning, Marie. A little tired. BG 110. Funny,I got 50 scratch off tickets scratching like crazy thought I would be a big winner...Out of all those tickets I won $2. Cat is not sounding good. I do not think her stomach upset would lead to this. Jim has been devoted.Gorgeous day here. Last night at dinner,Tom surprised me with a butter creme birthday cake note cards and two very nice dress short sleeve shirts. They are taking me out to dinner Sat night. Russ goes to doctor today. He does not think the compression machine helping at all. Tomorrow he sees the surgeon who redid his nose. I think it looks great so hope she leaves it alone. How are you feeling? I hope your Readings are good. My best to Ed. Take care. HUGS, POP.
