What part of NJ? I have relatives in Mullica Hill, Woodstown, Cape May, and a few other places. And I just heard that DC is expecting another 20"!! Unbelievable!! Thanks, again, for the info about the new member's guide. I will have to check it out!

I found this site searching for blood glucose levels and this site is so much more informative and extensive than others. A little intimidating, also, at first, but like all new things, it takes awhile to learn. Thanks for the links and info; I appreciate it. And since you're in NoVa you can appreciate this; there is a huge Caterpillar in my court that got stuck in a ditch and had to be towed out. And I wonder if there will be school tomorrow? :)

Hi Marie! Thanks for the welcome! I did grow up in Annandale, right inside the beltway, behind Annandale High. That was awhile ago haha. Thanks again for welcoming me; you're my first contact that I contacted back since we're kinda "neighbors, and alas, I'm just learning to navigate this site. Hate being the newbie, but it is what it is :)

HA! We're having roast tonight! That's ALL I'm cooking! Maybe these ppl here will come up with more! HA! My BS started out at 126 this morning and after my 3 cups of coffee is now 135. So I'm really doing good today! Now if that 3 week old would stop crying oh and don't forget the 3 year old and the 1 1/2 year old! When they get started it's like a free-for-all here! HA!

Let's see there's a thing called TV and belive it or not the adults watch as much as the kids! WE'VE GOT CABLE SO THEY WON'T LEAVE!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't have it at their house so I get to watch either Dora the Explorer or Wifeswap! BOY DO I WANT TO SWAP LIVES WITH SOMEBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HA!

YES AND IT FREAKING SNOWED AGAIN TODAY!!!!!!! They will be here another week! My daughter sold her 1 and only car last week and right now we're their only means of transpertation!

Oh Marie so sorry to hear that! Hope you get to feeling better! I just had a lousy day yesterday and got on the computer to waste away time! Stress was a big factor yesterday! HA! Doing a whole world better today. You know how it is when you get one of those really bad days??

thank you very much. it is always nice to have the support i've found here. being surrounded by non-d people sometimes i think they dont fully understand the work involved in controlling your glucose levels. i really do appreciate it
