Hope you're doing well. LC ice cream is easy because the major carbs in ice cream are the sweetener. It's just heavy cream, raw egg yolks, flavoring & sweetener sub. Only drawback to not using sugar is that it turns rock hard. Sugar prevents ice crystals from forming. I've tried adding 1/4 cup vodka, but it didn't help that much. Big hugs!

Hi Marie. Tom had a must do project so he hooked up the computer .The installers come back at 9. They did the big bedroom and 2 closets. Looks good. Hard to get around with all the furniture piled everywhere. It was 96 yesterday thank God house has central air. Pleased to hear Ed doing well if he continues to give goodservice everyone will ask for him. Russ coughing up all night going for chest x-ray at 2...always something. Hope all is well with you. Yes, Marie, I saw it on Facebook this morning and was utterly shocked. I just watched the local news and it was not mentioned, perhaps because she hasn't been missing long enough.I met her at the ADA Expo two years ago.
Maybe she just needed to get away. But, then, it seems like she would have known a ton of people would be wondering.

Hello Marie. My house is a war zone. Tom came yesterday. We packed we moved I went to TOPS YIPPEE I gained a pound. Tom will unplug computer last thing. Russ gone to skin doctor please prat that thing on the other side of his nose is not cancer. He says he cannot go through that reconstruction again. I am doing well today.
