- Hi Mark this is great for me reading everyones experiences on here and a comfort to know many people are living with this and managing this illness. I dont know about America but over here in UK people still very ignorant of this condition, even though it is greatly on the increase. Im sure most just think im an overprotective mum, going on again when i explain how serious this is when Harrys school refuse him snacks, got that one sorted now
