Type 1 diabetic I do not know if I am one, but I know I was on Metformin, Novalog Insulin and Lantus Insulin. I think after I get more used to the Insulin Pump I will be ok. I still have alot to learn about it."

Hey my friend, I was on Metformin and Lisinapril. I ended up with a high creatine level so HIGH I ended up going to the ER .I had not been able to pee for hours before I went to the ER. I was taken off of those 2 medicines, but I found out I had damaged my kidneys. I have been off of those 2 medicines now and have to go back and have it tested again. I will get the results in a couple weeks. They sent me to a Kidney Specialist and he is the one who said I had damaged my Kidneys. Plus with high…See More

New to insulin pump
Hi I have been on an insulin pump for about 3 weeks. The first week my blood suars were in the 500's. Alot higher than I usually am. A few weeks later it is in the 100's this week. Having my BG's so high has damaged my eyes, pancreas, liver and kidneys. The kidney damage was due to taking Metformin, Lisinopril and Naperson. As you can guess I had to get off these medications. Hey my friend, I was on Metformin and Lisinapril. I ended up with a high creatine level so HIGH I ended up going to the ER .I had not been able to pee for hours before I went to the ER. Ila said… - I wear custom made inserts in mh shoes but that for heel spurs. I have so many things wrong with my back, DJD of the spine (just another name for arthritis), pinched nerves, and bad disks. I'm just thankful I found that I can walk with a walker. Give me a cart in Walmart and get out of my say. I can really go. R even has a problem keeping up with me.
