"Thanks for your offer, but I am hoping that they will get this taken care of for me. If not, I may just insist that they do the upgrade free anyway, because they are the ones that messed this up. I should have been notified that the warranty was…"

MaryMary replied to Terry's discussion 'Omnipod made diabetes a larger part of my life' in the group OmniPod Users
"You will only get a new PDM free if you are in warranty. The warranty for the "cut the cord" program is 2 years, or the length of time left on your current pump warranty, whichever is more. Once the warranty is up, you need to go through…"

MaryMary replied to metheniac's discussion 'Non-belt case for G4?' in the group Dexcom Users
"That is the one I bought and posted about, but paid full price of 24.99. How much did you get them for, not sure if I want to try to get another one at this time of year. If they are even on sale at all of the stores? They are still regular price…"

Hi Mary. I just saw your friend request today because I haven't been active doing that. I don't miss much about the ADA boards, but I do miss the closer "friendships" that I experienced there. I like this board but get a little more lost with posts being split between various forums and groups. I started a post today that I thought would end up in the Dexcom Users group and it ended up in General Diabetes Topics. I think I have a bit more to learn here.

You're absolutely right about Dexcom being easy to use. Although the results aren't perfectly accurate all of the time, they usually make sense.

Hi, Sweetie... thanks for the support. Yup things are getting dicey over there. I feel as though I've gotten my head bitten off several times. WHOA! What was THAT all about! There are a few regulars who can get quite nasty. I almost feel as though I have to apologize before I post a comment! Yikes. Yes, I spend a lot of time in Cincy because the marketing jobs are down here...just nuthin much up in TC for me..but theoretically once I get my biz going, I really should be able to spend longer periods up there....fingers crossed. Yes, that is so lovely to think I could eat that slice of cake and compensate! Ha Ha!
