In my D.I.A.B.E.T.E.S...... D - stands for DIET.....the never ending, confusing kinds of DIET which includes the 1200, 1500,1800.... I - stands for INSULIN....don't forget to give myself 20 units of NPH everyday.... A - stands for ACTIVITIES........

Pizza,pasta,pitas and anything that can be classified a carb. I've been called a carbocolic and I find it difficult to argue with my critics.I am a late night carbo-colic,in recovery, who relapses much too frequently.Pete

Cereal lol, it seems like im not the only one that has that forbidden food lol. I love love love cereal, but ever since I was diagnosed, havent been eating it much. And when I do my mom has a panic attack lol.

Hello, Mayla. I noticed that you're still using the default "welcome - upload your photo" hand image as your profile image. If you'd like to add some kind of picture to be your profile photo, look for the "Settings" link in the upper right portion of each page (next to the little silver gears). The very first option in Settings will walk you through changing your profile image. Good luck!
