Megan - I used to visit your hometown quite often, I worked for a company that bought a division our in Appleton. (the Presto bag company). I used to love Appleton! Good luck, enjoy the honeymoon (I'm jealous) and PEACE.
Jacob's mom said… hi megan, also omnipod support is great they generally replace pods that have potential problems its time on the phone but i have had generally only good luck and compassionate responses with dealing with them, also is there blood in the canuala that is a red flag that something is up. good luck! amy
Jacob's mom said… i think it is a matter of timing if it really isnt coming down you may have a partial occlusion obviously with a complete occlusion you would not come down at all, it is not worth risking DKA i would change the pod if you are not down by supper time did you also check for ketones, if you have ketones there is another good reason to change but it is worth waiting it out a bit because it might settle in drink tons and give it another hour or two good luck so sorry for your troubles today amy ( i posted this here because my computer at work is a little wacky and wont let me add to a forum)

Tom said… awesome, what cert and how long have you been training? I got certified by ACE last summer but yet to have done anything with it (got busy with school). I'm kind of scared to train incase someone has health issues- I don't want to make it worse!
