I called Omni pod last Wednesday they said they were shipping them out to me that day. When I got home from work on Friday still no pods. I call the company after 45 min on hold I get someone in reorder who could not help me or send me pods until Tuesday. Then she transfered me to Product support. "Oh this is the story of my life. I did learn not to put more than 200 units into the pod. Also make sure you are calling everyone of them in and they will send out replacements and send the bad ones back to them."
