It was a deeply tragic and sad time for our family and very difficult for both Pete & Becca . Hoping to just have a quiet Sat/Sunday till he has to go back to Pittsburgh and just be able to enjoy the fact we have each other. It was hard to watch Rickey's family suffer thru this tremendous heartache.
I appreciate the friendships I have here. You guys are just so great.

Julia said… - Yeah! It is pretty hot! Camp did make a huge difference and I met someone that lives fairly close to me. They kept our readings a little on the high side because I think they didnt want us to go low. They gave us glucose tabs if we were under 100! Camp was the best experience ever! I wouldnt be surprised if I went back next year.

So I was talking to my Doctor last visit and she stated there was a patient(Wasn't her patient);
two years after being diagnosed, who was complaining
about how painful her finger sticks were. That patient's Doctor asked her: "Well,
how often do you change your lancits"?
