aw thankyou, im flattered : ) but dont be so harsh on yourself- you are a great writer as well! Im just a vocabulary dork and I used to read the dictionary when i was little kid. I guess it paid off later in life cause now I know a bunch of cabalistic and random words....like cabalistic. lol

so i read that you like to meditate--just curious, does that help you with your BG #s at all?

I recently attended an Advanced Yoga Training Program at Kripalu up in the Berkshire Mountains.
