- The PRIMARY person in my life who has diabetes has
- No diabetes
- How do you hope to benefit from TuDiabetes?
- Support for non-compliant husband with Type II diabetes
- Tell us more about you (optional)
- My husband was diagnosed approx 7 years ago. He was taking care of his diabetes the first couple of years (although not seeing a doctor regularly) His A1C has lately been 9 or higher. He was taking Metformin but quit because it caused stomach problems. Dr put him on Insulin. He gained 28lbs in 2 months and quit (without my knowledge) He doesn't test his blood sugar at all and takes no medication. He recently lost his Commercial Drivers License due to not having his diabetes under control. He feels that because he has no symptoms, he is just fine. I am at my wits end about what to do so thats why I am here, to find support!
