I've had type I diabetes since I was 15 years old. Diagnosed the week before Thanksgiving. I'm a registered dietitian on my way to applying for the certified diabetes educator program. I'm struggling with my new exercise regimen because it's inducing low blood sugars post workout. I'm eating healthy, drinking lots of water and working out routinely...but my workout is reeking havoc on my blood sugars-then I over-correct and you know the story from there...diabetes rollercoaster. Just looking for support and advice.
