تغير نسبة السكر في الدم من عالي أو واطي يزهق الواحد-لازم السكر يكون 100 مهظم الوقت وده بتنظيم الأكل وتقليل النشويات والاعتماد عل الخضراوات وأكل 3 وجبات و3 سناك
وتحليل السكر بانتظام حتى الوصول للهدف المطلوب من الأرقام المطلوبة
في مجموعة الشرق الأوسط هنا اشترك فيها وضع أسئلتك بالعربي وأنا أرد عليك
أعرف ناس كثير عندهم السكر متزوجين وخلفوا ومبسوطين من كل النواحي
خلي خطبتك تشترك هنا حتى لو ما بتعرف انجليزي وأنا أرد على أسئلتها
